Once a lease is signed, the holding fee will be required to hold the home for 14 days from the date of the application. The holding fee will remove the property for rent from the market. Once a lease is executed, the holding fee will be transferred as a security deposit. This holding fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The pet policy depends on the terms of each specific lease agreement. When you already have a pet and you want to add an extra one, please call our office first. We will process every request separately depending on the lease terms.
